COURSE DESCRIPTION 

5K & 2 Mile

The Inland Valley Turkey Trot will be held in Menifee, CA beginning and ending at Lago Vista Sports Park. The 5K course travels east on Holland Rd and turns left onto Southshore Dr traversing the Menifee Lakes Communities to the left. The 5K continues on to Tres Lagos Dr heading  westbound, turning right on Laguna Vista Dr, left on Rockport Rd, left on Menifee Rd, and another left to Tres Lagos Dr to complete the top loop before heading back to Lago Vista Sports Park for the Finish.

The 2 mile course will follow the same route as the 5K but will turn around at the 1 mile water station and head back to Lago Vista Sports Park for the Finish.

10K

The 10K course will continue straight on east Holland Rd  from Lago Vista Sports Park and take a right on Briggs Rd, continue on to a left on Falabella Horse St where the course will traverse the Centennial Community, circle around Centennial Park, and traverse back towards Lago Vista Sports Park making a right on Southshore Dr merging with the 5K course to complete the second half of the 10K route.


Water Stations

Water station will be available at the 1 mile mark of the 2 mile and 5K (Mile 1 and 2 for the 5K), as well as at the Start/Finish to include refreshments, fruits, and snacks.


**The 10K route will have water stations at mile Centennial Park (miles 1.5 and 2), mile 4.25 (5K course), and again at mile 5.2 for a total of four water stops along the course**


Kids 100 Meter Dash

We welcome kids ages 2 to 12 to participate in a free kids dash after the races conclude.  This is a fun run that will not be chip timed.  Finishers will receive a commemorative ribbon.
